Warranty Information
Please kindly keep the purchase invoice and the warranty card after purchase because you may be required to produce such proof for luggage repair. The repairing service within the warranty period may be free of charge. Please refer to the terms on the warranty card.
If the problem is caused by manufacturing defects, the company will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms. The warranty period varies from brand to brand. Please refer to the terms on the warranty card.
Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme conditions, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). As for airline transportation damage, you may be required to produce proof of such damage caused by airline in order to get repair service.
Unauthorized maintenance or repairs on your luggage can void the warranty. Warranty is given by the company of the luggage brand. Please do not send your Product directly to our company Brands Corner, as this will only delay the repair. Several brands would have global warranty and other brands may have area restriction on warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions of the luggage brand. All brands are not responsible for costs of getting the luggage to any service center including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping etc.
